Ryan Bowen Utah: Building Businesses and Empowering Communities

In the heart of Utah’s entrepreneurial landscape, one name continues to echo with impact—Ryan Bowen Utah. A visionary whose journey from humble beginnings in Tooele to multi-industry dominance is not just a business success story, but a blueprint for innovation, integrity, and purpose-driven leadership.

Ryan Bowen didn’t come from wealth or an established business family. Instead, his early years were defined by hustle. As a teenager, he flipped cars and real estate—anything he could get his hands on to create value. That entrepreneurial instinct wasn’t a phase; it was the foundation for what would become a game-changing career.

By just age nineteen, he was off and running with Pure Water Solutions of America taking a gamble on a relatively untested concept b ased on bottleless water systems for workplaces. It was a bold direction, but Bowen had vision. He also brought a service-based, leasing-first model to market that made his business even more distinct from others that were relying on the tried-and-true formula of selling water bottles.

Under his leadership, Pure Water Solutions expanded through Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, and Washington and became the country’s largest independent provider. That exit became one of the most noteworthy in the U.S. office water industry.

But for Ryan Bowen Utah, success was not a stopping point; it was a launching point. With the backing and confidence from his first major capital events, he began Bowen Investments to support sustainable and creative funding of bold ideas.

To date, he has funded over 25 growing businesses that span across an array of sectors: real estate, lending, wellness, fitness, and hospitality. His framework is unchanged: identify pain points in traditional industries, tear them down, and imagine how those industries could be more helpful.

One of the most recognizable brands under his wing is King B Distribution, a botanical wellness company known for its THC and kratom-based products. With offerings like Kush Kube, Shroom Kube, and LFG Kratom, Bowen positioned King B as a trustworthy, lab-tested alternative in an otherwise murky marketplace. The brand won Best Utah Cannabis Edibles in 2024, a testament to its quality and consumer trust.

But Ryan didn’t stop at wellness. His love for hospitality and creativity brought a new flavor to Utah’s dining scene. With restaurants like Sundays Best, Sunday School, and Brunch Me Hard, he redefined what brunch could be—a fully immersive, Instagram-worthy experience with craft cocktails and curated atmospheres.

These venues have earned numerous accolades, including “Best Brunch” and “Best Casual Dining,” making them staples in Salt Lake City’s culinary culture. Meanwhile, in St. George, he introduced Pica Rica BBQ, which has quickly risen to national acclaim. Voted one of the top 10 BBQ restaurants in America and the recipient of “Best New Concept of 2025,” it’s yet another example of his ability to scale ideas with flair.

In addition to food and wellness, Ryan expanded into construction with BCC Construction, tackling tenant improvements and multifamily developments. He also partnered with ICON Meals, bringing healthy, pre-prepped nutrition to a national audience.

While Ryan Bowen Utah's business endeavors are diverse, they all are connected by a common thread: visionary thinking and relentless execution. But maybe what truly differentiates him is his service and integrity. Every brand he touches manifests a promise—clear expectations, true value, and reliable service. It's not only about business; it's about connections that last a lifetime with customers and communities.

That sense of responsibility is linked to more than just profit. Ryan Bowen Utah are actively involved in philanthropy and community service work. He goes back to Tooele (his hometown) frequently to help families for the holidays and engages in speaking engagements regularly at prisons, rehab facilities, and youth programs—hoping to inspire people to have big dreams, like he once did.

Ryan Bowen Utah is different than a world of quick wins for slower, sustainable, and ethical development. Be it re-thinking hydration systems, advocating for wellness products, curating brunch spots, or developing the real estate and construction space, he does extremely confidently with humility—all rooted in one core belief: business can be for people, and should be for people.

Today, with Ryan Bowen Utah continuing to grow as an investor and people of great influence, he continues to hold true to the principles that started it all.
